系统使用说明：
1. 第一次登录本系统，请通过邀请邮件邮箱设置密码在本系统注册，并完善个人信息；
2. 在本系统注册后，可通过系统中登记手机号短信登录；
3. 如果忘记密码，请点击“忘记密码”重新设置密码。

Instructions:
1. Upon first login, please register through the invitation email attaching a link of password setting and complete your personal information.
2. After registration, you can log in with your registered phone number by receiving an SMS verification code.
3. If you forget your password, click "Forgot Password" to reset it.
